NOiAA
Noiaa is a baking studio in the Netherlands established by Alice and Adelaide, who serve as the creative driving force behind the studio and function as a lab for ideas, learning, and collaborations. The duo blends their passion for quality ingredients with a unique approach to healthy cakes inspired by their Asian roots. They aim to bring together a community of like-minded people through a mutual pursuit of well-being, creative projects, and delicious guilt-free desserts.
NIWA - a Japanese concept of “garden”, also means “two wings”.
A space formed by two: Alice and Adelaide, with the same passion on the nature admiration is a life-giving force in the architecture. This principle underlies traditional Japanese art form. Through the spacial zoning and crafted cuisine being served, the new Niwa experience is a journey that leads to the ultimate harmony between taste, texture, appearance, and colours. Their spirits are transformed through cakes and art, linking mental and body health.
